I am surprised that this one has not already been started here.

I have some of the history for the HDT cars but not much else.

AFAIK, there were cars made by:

Roadways/Les Small
HDT
Warren Cullen
Peter Janson
Re-Car
Craven Mild
Citizen Watches
Phil Lyon

Any information on Chassis #'s, Owners, racing history and current where-abouts.

HDT1 VB 1980: Raced by Brock in ATCC(Winner), Harvey car for ManChamp, Moffat raced at Sandown 400
1981-83: Raced by Benson-Brown as Soundwave car
1984: Raced by Wayne Clift at Sandown and Bathurst Enduros
HDT2 VB 1980: Brock's ride for the ManChamp, Won Bathurst
1981: Driven by Brock in ATCC fight against Dickie, Once again passed onto Harvey for ManChamp
1982: ??
1983-84: Jim Keogh raced the car in numerous events
1985: Updated to VK, Driven by Ray Ellis in AEC
1986-87: Raced by Ellis in numerous events, Last Race: Sandown June 7th 1987
HDT3 VC 1981: Debuted by Brock for ManChamp
1982: Brock raced this during the ATCC(and battled with eligibilty), Passed to Harvey for AEC
1983: ??
1984: Raced by the Lusty's
Was this car raced as a VK during the Group A period?
HDT4 VH 1982: Brock's AEC ride and Bathurst Winner
1983: Continued as Brock's car during the ATCC, Became Harvey car for AEC, Won Bathurst again, Sold to Andrew Harris for remaining races
1984: Raced by Harris during year and at Bathurst
1985: Was this car then raced by Wayne Clift??
HDT5 VH 1983: Brock's AEC car that seemed to fail often
1984: Driven by Brock in ATCC and AEC till debut of VK's at Sandown 500
HDT6 VK 1984: Brock's Sandown and Bathurst Winner, won the remaining AEC races, then came second at AGP support race at Calder
HDT7 VK 1984: Harvey's Sandown and Bathurst car

As you can see, I have alot of race history but not much of an idea where they are now. I am aware that Peter Champion and the Bathurst Museum have the two VK's and there is a debate raging still as to which is which. But what about the other cars?

And does anyone know anything about the Roadways cars?
