Interesting, so who are the names in the frame then? Current supercar drivers or someone else?

I have heard a few names but I plan to get the official word from the suspected new owner on Sunday at the sprint in Mondello.
BTW Haffey is based north of the border Last edited by peespeed; 2 Dec 2004 at 19:45. |

I cant ad any fuel to the fire, heard the same names peespeed has been hearing. But if i was to put money on it, id have to go for either George Treacey, John Mc Cluskey or Helmut.
Various reasons for this, George would probably like to get more upto date machinery in the field so he can compete against the boys in the uk, john has been looking for a newer car for ages and with the 306 for rent it adds to the growing speculation. and Helmut because the escourt like michael coynes has really gone downhill the last few years... |

Wow! That car should be pretty much on the pace from the word go shouldn't it? Good to see McCluskey getting another competitive motor and another new shape being added to the supercar class (got to be better than yet another Focus ).
Also good news that Mark Watson will use the Pug for the whole season - it'll be interesting to see how he handles the step up from the RWD Focus. Can't wait for next season..... |

I thought it was him too Berty!!
I have to say that I have a great feeling about next year. This news compounds that. I only wish I had access to John's "toy box"!! I wish the team all the best with the new car. |

Just looking at the JMC web site. Those performance figures are probably pretty accurate. That car was soooo quick of the line.

Next year is looking good isn't it? The performance stats for that car are insane - 0-60 in 1.4 seconds? Madness!!! |

I was watching World Motor Sport last night and there was GB1 coming in around fourth in the C final. We all know that DC is no slouch .Are those guys fast or what?

I think on DC Foray into europe it highlighted the fragility of the Focus, apparently it had a bad Misfire and it kept up its appetite for Mr Godfreys finest Driveshafts.

I think that the 2003 car of Hansens is the one that Morten Bermingrud is driving.
Terrotin was driving his Xsara back in 2003 in fact he won the french championship in it in 2003. |
