My brakes will just be getting warm, not boiling off like yours were last year Faz! Never seen a pad so out of braking material!

This maybe a daft question as i am sure it will be signposted but for the trackday tomorrow at brands hatch where will the sign on be?

New Brake Pads orderd don't want another problem like last year EBC yellows all round
Probably not Faz, more likely me being a bigger chicken.
Saying that I have been more prone to letting it get loose this year, so I'm going to reign myself in a bit on track. Can't afford to stuff it at _ insert corner here_.

My brake pad order will be going in very shortly for some quality EBC stuff.

You dont normally need a ticket, entry to track days is free so they dont need to send any out.

Great thanks

I received by membership pack today (many thanks to Sue Whitlock) so I'm all set...Bring on CADWELL

We spend so much time watching other people out on the track, it's nice to be able to experience it first hand

I've never really been to Cadwell but know the circuit so can't wait for satuday. Whats a good time to get there, i.e sign on etc? Haven't quite worked out how early to leave home yet, its quite a drive.

Have you had anything through from MSV? I've not recieved any timetables etc.

7:30 is a bit early, but if it means a blast round the Park then so be it

Edit to add:

Oh yes I have, just dug back through the emails that came through at booking time.

I'm not getting any for the marshal's one, but I will for the BMW Car Club one (13-Feb), as I've seen some nutters (in the nicest sense) there before and they've seen me - plus it'll be the first time out for my new car, so I'll be learning lots on the BMW CC day.

Had great fun at the Brands Hatch trackday, many thanks to all at MSVR for organising it.

Car ran well, even if the brakes were smoking at the end of each session Did 70 track miles and got about 12mpg!!!

I was struggling to get the car to rev above 4000 rpm in any gear. After about 6 laps I decided to call it a day. Anyway I'm taking the car to demon tweeks later on this morning to see if they can cure the pump problem.

Thanks to everyone involved in making this happen, I had an excellent day and lots and lots of fun

Only 28 marshals booked on at Brands Hatch though which was surprising. We had to share the track with a Sierra Cosworth, Audi R8, Ferrari F430, Porsche 911 GT2 & GT3 and some other seriously quick hardware and very experienced drivers. Lots of fun overtaking them though
