Yes it is. I think the idea behind listing the other events may be to show why there would not be any HRDC races in those 3 months. Busy in July and Sept, and historically August has many less meetings due to people wanting family holidays.....

Iberian Historic Endurance

Their 2019 calendar was released yesterday, and a corrected version issued today, so pleased I waited 24hrs.....

https://gallery.mailchimp.com/5f0761...CORRECTION.pdf

8 meetings, 6 in South Europe, plus Pau (Historique) and Spa (Summer Classic).

The brainchild of Portugal based racer Diogo Ferrao, the IHE has grown in stature since start a few years and now presents an attractive alternative (to existing Organisations / series) for many competitors.

Although we’ve likely already seen the dates in isolation, or via other organisers, the full HVM Calendar is now on their website......

Interesting to see no Gold Cup for MRL this year.

Yes, AMOC Oulton instead- which is run by Duncan’s organisation so in one respect easier!

But with no slot for HTC at Spa 6 it leaves a gap they’re obviously trying to fill....

Still intrigued as to where GTSCC will end up

That weekend also has Spa Summer Classic and HVM / Masters at Magny-Cours, so doubt GTSCC would risk a small grid at BH due to some of their customers being elsewhere.....

MRL haven't had a HTTC grid at Spa 6 hours for a few years though have they?
Just checked last time 2016.

Thanks for the HGPCA info, Will.

I thought HTCC had been at Spa 6 at least once in recent years, so glad my memory hasn’t completely turned to jelly.......

Edit- Any idea who is organising the final Oct meeting at Jarama?

Jesus Pozo I think - HGPCA also went to his event at Jarama this year, the week prior to Portimao.

Hope everybody has a great Christmas!

Anyone know what is on at Brands Hatch (GP circuit) on 31 Aug and 1 Sept? Not necessarily a historic meeting but i cant find details. Being the GP circuit its usually something high profile headlining.
CSCC have an invite to provide a support race and have nominated “Magnificent 7s”.

From HSCC, in case anyone with a (whisper ) Ford Escort is interested.....

Dear Competitor

Thank you once again for taking part or registering an interest in the Ford Escort Celebration Races at Brands Hatch in September. After that race meeting I did say if there was any space in our 2019 calendar I would let you know if we could repeat the races.

2019 is looking to be as busy as 2018, but I do have two potential dates if it is something a number of you would like to take part in. The race regulations would be similar to the Brands Indy event this year.

Cadwell Park Sunday 16th June. 15 min qualifying and 2 x 20 minute races

Brands Hatch Indy Saturday 21st September 15 min qualifying and 2 x 15 minute races

I should warn you at this point we would be restricted on noise to 105dba static. I remember a number of you were enjoying unsilenced races in Europe but this is the UK, and the rules do get tighter.

Please let me know if one or both dates are of interest.

The event clashes with MG Live and that may have to take priority. We’ll have to see how it looks when the last race series calendars are finalised.....

By my reckoning, it is an MSVR club meeting with, currently, GT Cup, Racing Saloons, Production BMW, Touring Car Trophy, and Monoposto racing - also, there may be race(s) for Bernie's V8s/750MC SRGT, although that is yet to be confirmed.
