Welcome to 10 Tenths, Mini Mika - I'm sure Valve Bounce will be along at some point to tell you about the Ferrari draw. Happy posting!
And as for those wings...thank goodness they were banned! |

Welcome to the forum, Mini Mika.
Brilliant name - wish I'd thought of it! I genuinely thought someone had been playing around with Photoshop the first time I saw a picture of the new Arrows wing. Not pretty, but strangely reminiscent of the high front foils that were seen on Lotus 49s in the late 1960s. They got banned then after a high-mounted wing suddenly flopped over backwards and generated sudden and massive lift where there had been downforce before.... |

It must be a good thing to ban wings on the nosecone. The slightest tap twisting the nosecone must play havoc with the downforce, Monaco is renown for contact between cars.

Welcome Mini Mika, too bad about the wings, I sorts liked 'em. But as for Sunday's race, my whole year revolves around it.
Oh, yeah, its great to welcomae another Hakkinen fan to the forum, that makes three of us I think, including Jarama. Last edited by EERO; 25 May 2001 at 02:23. |
