Some good news, in a month of badness...
And wow look, Actual grass rather than some huge tarmac run off areas. After they (Toyota) killed Fuji I hope this is a race track that gets the thumbs up from drivers. |

Toyota own Fuji, which they had redesigned by Tilke, who has ruined the track.

I think the new design of Fuji is okay.
It's the best compromise between the orginal and modern safety. Still a challenge. |

Just look THIS link, on the top, there's old Fuji, on the colour map in the bottom is the new Fuji International Speedway, all grey you see side of the track is tarmac runoff areas. |

Toyota intend to bid for the Japanese GP when the contract comes up in a few years, having Honda and Toyota get into a bidding war will be interesting.
Good to hear Turkey has been given a provisional OK. |

Fuji would be boring for F1, quite like Dijon Prenois was and still would be...

Dijon was where Gilles and Arnoux gave us the best piece of F1 battling ever, so it can't be that bad. Oh well, no track was bad with Gilles in it, was it?
