blackx should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
A V10 on the hills??

Not quite sure where to put this thread but being as I am a marshal I will start here...

If anyone does not already know of this site then it is worth a look....

www.top12runoff.co.uk

Click on top12 news and there are a few interesting factoids there......

Personally I cant wait to hear a v10 howling on the hills

Heard rumours but stunned to see it in print....best start digging the foxholes to hide in, that thing will be awesome.

As much as I've been salivating over the prospect of a proper V10 on the hills, Mr Budget's Hyabusa/Gould sounds novel.

If there are any good gossip-mongers out there, I have a couple of questions....

1. Anybody got any clues what sort of rev limit Jnr might have on the V10?

2. What's Ben Butterfield driving next year?

3. We know the Gearbox and the engine, but what chassis is it all being bolted to? Reading the Top12 news again, it isn't obvious it's a Gould.

4. What's the State of play with the Shelsley thing?

Answers on a postcard...

As for a rev limit I reckon it will be around the 10-12000 mark as anything over that would I reckon be unuseable...

Ben Butterfield...........Aint got a clue.............

Chassis..........have heard conflicting tales between Gould and Pilbeam......

Shelsley thing.....Who knows......But I think everyone has an opinion and most are the same..........

The way to ensure Shelsley survives is to do something positive towards the appeal.

Have YOU made a donation yet?

Shelsley is a site of major historical importance, that need to be kept alive. However it WILL be lost unless everyone interested in motorsport does their part.
