Engineered by Jason Bright - that is interesting.

I know a guy who had run Sports Sedans and GT cars as a wealthy gentleman driver and who bought a DVS car and rapidly found out he couldn't run it, let alone be competitive.

So I don't know if its the worst thing to put someone through Super3 and then into Super2, but maybe it should have been promoted that way.

Not sure we'll ever see another Cam Waters thrust into the main game.

Supposedly Powers is getting a "soft start" into the Super 3 car this weekend at SMSP, running in the Sports Sedan category.

Voluntary according to this on Speedcafe.

Same end result for those outside the organisation or expecting drives.

Presumably a case of more going out than coming in and not enough projected income becoming real.

The statement read by Mr Austin on the weblink is interesting... he willingly admits the business was undercapitalised, that assets were purchased on finance, or by mortgaging his parent' home...

And that the sales of competition spots was far lower than planned...

...whilst suggesting some issues with MSR, and people talking unpositively about both the program and the switch of the prizewinner from Super2 to Super3 on social media, further reduced sales.

A shame for all participants not receiving the drives they have paid for. Here's hoping their financial institutions will assist in recovery of funds expended as suggested by Mr Austin.

This whole show, at best was naive or careless. At worst it must be bordering on criminal.
There have been questions asked all along that whilst addressed the answers weren't convincing.
Makes it worse that ADS were spruiking their new Ranger all over social media at a time when they were already being questioned about fulfilling promised prizes.
