Tarquini said that they found some good setup's that's allowing them to be on same level as last year.

I hate time penalties. I would prefer a track detour, like MotoGP is trialling.

Well it's for cinese people, especially to attract the youngsters if I can tell you
It's simply right for them, it's a different culture and to capture their attention they need emphasized stuff like this

Don't be rude, I can assure you they're really different from us. The logic of the spot is right

I like it tbh, it's pretty informative and entertaining, the ad should do a good job in the Chinese market

Why is there a massive gap in the middle of the season? The next race is in September...

Its 9 weeks to the next round

Most of that time will be taken up with the preparing and then shipping the cars
to China.

Even race drivers and team members want some days off, especially from Italy

Eurosport Events is French. It doesn't help too. Perhaps their staff is on strike during summer time.

I know that, but i believe lot of people from TCR (Marcello Lotti etc.) are italian. Their summer holiday in August is nearly holy.

And of course, all others like to use summer days for free time too. TCR is not most important sport possible.
