Another good race, if somewhat ruined by that awful turn 1 chicane. Shame we can't get a decent commentator either...

Highlight was Comini on the grid - when his car was broken he chose to chat to his grid girls rather than his engineers!

Despite some hard maneuvers in the past I've always been a Borkovic fan. But this has ended after seeing this.

He is member of leading political party here in Serbia, and he is enjoying their protection here, so he think he can do whatever he wants...

Bad behaviour. I hope for a long ban for him. I like him as a driver, but these things don't belong to motorsport or something similar.

As far as I understood, PCR accused Borko to have punched Azcona, which is correct. His suspension was damaged, but for sure he has to slow down, instead of staying in trajectory.

Duke's accuses against Lessennes are also totally groundless. Ben was on the inside of the first chicane, Duke cut it and didn't slow down, damaging his suspension badly. What a shame for him.

The man he punched was Mr Azcona's uncle.

From what I can gather, Mr Borkovic approached Mr Lessennes about protesting against another driver. Mr Azcona approached Mr Borkovic on a seperate matter, and it kicked off from there.

Whatever the reason, violence has no place in motorsport, and Mr Borkovic will no doubt get what's coming to him. The evidence is undeniable. It's a shame for it to happen, as it's put a blight what's otherwise been a great championship to watch this year.

I know it. With "punched" I was referring to the track action

Think somebody said the same for Monza with all of the 'talent' that joined the regulars there....it never happened and it won't at Barcelona either.....

Back than I forgot that guests carry 20kg of extra ballast just in case, that God forbids they beat TCR Europe regulars...

And you think that Sutton, who easily dominated on Oulton Park in TCR UK and scored pole and two victories against Lloyd, who last year was on same level as Borkovic and Files in TCR International can't win?

The Golf is light and fast, Sutton is a good driver and has 12 new tyres to use so I expect him to by quick in FP1 and FP2 as the regulars only have 6 new tyres for the weekend and do not usually use them in FP1 and FP2. It will be the same tyre allocation for all 11 guest drivers. Qualifying and the 2 races will be a better measurement of success. Josh Files was driver coach for Pyro in TCR UK who ran Sutton and this will have contributed to Sutton's success as he had never driven FWD TCR cars before. Sutton is also only 1 of the 11 guest drivers...overall the guest drivers will not outperform the regular front runners of TCR Europe in my opinion. We will know the answer by Sunday

Yep, Josh was his driver coach back then too iirc. Ash is good, I have seen him in action many times and will undoubtedly do well this weekend in Barcelona. I just think it is a tad much to keep saying things that are disrespectful to the racers who have been driving their hearts out all season.
