Following the “voluntary release program” (job cuts) to the roadcar business Bentley have ended its works motorsport program with immediate effect. Will focus on customer programs.

I listened to the Midweek Motorsport interview, it isn't quite as dramatic as that.

The works programme (M-Sport) will continue to support customer teams, and they will continue to review the situation. They are keeping works drivers.

Yes the only programme cancelled is the factory funded IGTC cars. And that is most likely heavily influenced by the fact Suzuka is cancelled, Kyalami is in question, and they will already have customer teams confirmed for both Spa and Indy 8hr representing the Bentley badge. So really in the current climate It makes little sense to run factory cars in addition

No Team75 Bernhard at the Spa24h. The GT Masters calender is to full at the end of the year, so the team can´t run Spa.

Juntos is a back marker

Things are stabilising now in the Gt3 world. We shall expect more withdraws in the coming weeks.

Well an extra hour of daylight racing at least. Still I used to love this race. It has been downgraded in my mind in the past couple years due to weather issues partially, but most of all due to the SRO's horrid safety car procedures.

SMP Racing - Ferrari 488 GT3 - Sergey Sirotkin / Davide Rigon / Miguel Molina

Strong entry dependant on how Sirotkin fares in a GT3 for the first time.

Good to see some entries being confirmed like this, Haupt and Getspeed after the likely loss of a good few cars. Havent tracked exactly whos out but it should be a good 6-12 in endurance, not sure on sprint
