Heres few
Andy Mackie (not just my opinion as his set ups have won on cars in scotland, ireland and south africa. as well as our own cars here)

Mickey Gaulter at Aztec Int is good

Jacko at Fortec (sorry I know a lot of nicknames but not many full names)

Roger and lindsay at Nexa

Puddy ex Haywood

Nigel at Falcon (ex TS2)

Chris Portman at aztec

Dont know names but there a good ones at Manor, Carlin Motoworld etc
There are quite a few all over the junior formulas but like usual people dont give them the credit they deserve, when they win people always bring them down by saying they are cheating.

I should hope there are! They've managed betwee them to win quite a few titles. The ones at Manor, John Booth aside, include Tony Shaw (de la Rosa 92, Hynes 97, Coelho 98, Pizzonia 99, Raikkonen 2000) and Simon (I can never remember his surname). Muggo (Alan Mugglestone), of course, is a key driving force at Motaworld. 'Jacko' at Motaworld is Paul Jackson.

Amongst the f3 engineers are Bruce Jenkins, who as well has several f3 championships won 2 F1 championships with Senna at Mclaren, Hughie Abelsom, at Diamond who has been a mechanic and engineer at the top level of F1 and cart running amonst others James Hunt, Mario & Mike Andretti, Al Unser & Takuma Sato!

A very very good, but underated engineer in F Renault is Phil Blow at Paston racing.

The above is not intended to be an exclusive list, just a few names i came up with quickly.
