bcobbus should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

Yuba City Motorplex

Does anybody have any info on the proposed Yuba City Motorplex that was under construction north of Sacramento California. I know that it was susposed to have a drag strip and a 1.3 mile oval. I assume that money, politics, and law suits by the prarie ferries are holding things up if not stopping the prodject all together? Has anyone heard any more?
