7 for the race, plus 1 for being the championship decider.

Apart from the last 5 laps or so it wasn't exciting at all, like many a race this season. 3.

That's true.

With Lewis driving as slowly as he did, even that didn't present any opportunity for overtaking action between the Red Bulls, Ferrari's and Rosberg.

Only Vettel with the tyre advantage that he had could make some passes - while that lasted

7 from me. Not great racing, but a good race (if that's not too contradictory).

Yes indeed.. you get this big build up and then it's all rather flat and somewhat tentative. I thought Nico would attempt passing Lewis, but it never did happen did it ...

7 for the theoretical tension. It was obvious many laps out that they would finish in that order.

It wasn't a great race, but it was very entertaining. One of the weirdest races I've seen. I gave it a '9'

The circuit is loved by the teams, the media, Bernie's pocket but produces rubbish racing. F1, GP2 and GP3 were all poor.

newlaprecord should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
most of it was a 4, last 10 laps near 10, so gave it a 7.

spinning an old record here, but its a tad odd that the most expensive and quite possibly the widest purpose built racing circuit of the world delivers such garbage for racing, just like all the other non-sense tracks (hello baku), while in 10 years we lost

estoril (decent)
imola (amazing)
argentina (my personal favorite)
magny-cours (was considered a borefest back then, but the hairpin alone generated more action than 5 tilke tracks combined)
nurburg (epic)
jerez (decent)
indy (epic)
istambul + korea (the only two new school tracks that were any good and commanded respect from the drivers, istambul at least certainly did)

oh well...

8. The race was quite fascinating, but would probably have been pretty dull in normal circumstances.
