Could we see this next week-end?

Yes, he's replacing Monfardini for the final two races and then driving for a new team next year.

So if there is a new team, will they replace a current team or will the be added to the grid, so that we have 26 cars? Because this year the maximum was 24.

Not sure.

The original plan was for 30 cars this year - but that was reduced to 24 to ensure quality of teams.

Now that those worries have been allayed, they may increase the limit.

They are not very keen to do it though. As far as I know they have asked GP2 to keep the current teams or maybe add one more. But the provision is that it would be a team from a country that doesn't have any team, that is a team from Germany or Belgium.

Of course this particular proposed team could be a rebranding of Durango, pretty much in a similar arrangement like the Fisichella team which is a Durango team with a different name.

GP2 was all set for a 26 car line-up this year but P1 Motorsport had to pull out.

Why does Bruni think the Durango car is better?

The first list of entries had 24 cars including P1 Motorsport. When this team pulled out of the GP2, Racing Engineering took its place.

Obviously making any judgements on a single practice session in changeable weather is impossible.

I wasn't making a judgement, merely stating he was slower than the Coloni cars in practice for the comic value of it. Anyway, seems he made a good decision after all!

JEB has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Durango is a good team.
Roberto Costa is a true strength to any team.
