Crazy fool - hell but thats why he's so damned entertaining. Vaguely on topic is this snippet - One of Montoya's first driving coaches in the USA was Vic Elford who in 1969, did F1, Le Mans, and the Daytona 500 (finished 11th) - the previous year he won the Monte Carlo Rally...

You only get penalised for unsportsman like racing, ie: He can make a move and take someone out, but he can't do it just for the sake of hitting the guy.

So he's fine, this isn't V8Supercars..
