RF_Racer should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Silly 40mm ride height rule

Has anyone looked into getting enough people to write into the MSA to get this silly rule erased from existence. You don't have it at any of the European club championships so why is it that here in the UK the MSA are hell bent on making club racers raise their car to 40mm? F3's FR's and various other modern single seaters were designed to run as low to the ground as possible, running at 40mm you lose a whole bunch of downforce and performance from the car.

One or all ? But I suppose if everybody has to run the same it won't make any difference !
However I often wonder if the powers that be actually want cars racing at the tracks

Why is it that its only for club racers while other championships can run what ever height, that is a bit like saying I have a new carpet and must be kept clean and no one is allowed on with shoes expect the people I choose to do so...

Try to think of the positives though.

1. It's the same for everyone, so it's not like it's a disadvantage
2. It makes the cars less sensitive, so usually far easier to find a vehicle balance
3. It reduces wear to the floor/plank/endplates of your car WHICH SAVES YOU MONEY
4. It reduces the likelihood of high kerbs from damaging the chassis/floor/driver
5. It makes loading and unloading of trucks, and driving around paddocks that little bit easier.
6. The steering will be a little bit lighter
7. You can run softer springs which often makes a car more suitable for amateurs.
