Wilbo should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
BTC - Racing is my vote for the Civics.

BTW I have no background news on this, just a strong feeling.

There is also more good news to follow soon from elsewhere....

That's plausible, so are a lot of outfits ... maybe someone new will enter. Trev Carlin?

A new team Wilbo? If you have the beans, please spill them

Not that I like baked beans or anything, I do like BTCC info though.

How are we for general numbers in 2008, more or less than 2007?

What about the S2000 V BTC cars, more or less BTC cars than in 2007?

We haven't finished yet with that, it looks like we will have more than '07/

Probably a slight increase, with the Paul Luti entry (if it works) and Andrew Jordan. Some of the Integra and MG drivers may change, I don't think Erkut will though.

Martyn Bell's stated his intent to upgrade to 320si's with Kelvin Burt joining him. Don't know if they just fit with the "new BMW team" description though!

I know it is possible if Schnitzer wanted to but surely it more likely means that the team has bought the two beemers that were run this last season by Jorg and Augusto.

I would love to see Schnitzer help in any way with the team but I don't see it being more likely than a strong Independent outfit buying the beemers from Schnitzer.

What we ment in this article was that the team is supposed to have bought cars from Schnitzer and nothing else.

I wouldn't be surprised if the BMWs were bought by Martin Bell. Or for that matter, Motorbase, BTC and A-Tech could.

Now, the updated table!

Alfa Fan has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Anyone who has announced there plans yet could still have any cars! A-Tech with Leons! Motorbase with 320SI! etc Personally, if I had to bet on the type of car "A-Tech" would be running in 2008, it would be Japanese...

If it's japanese it could be Civics, JAS Accords, Toyota Corollas (they race in procar - are they any good?) ... for all we know, they could be in Proton Impians!
