Good to see AlanF looking so chirpy
and meeting EP and MagnetON (was he working the BBQ or dismembering small children? One quote from Silence of the Lambs and I'd have broken the lap record getting out of there )
and the tent with its own postcode
and the duck on the flagpole
and the gadget to end all gadgets - a portable espresso coffee maker

Not a clue what I'm babbling about? Well, you should have been there, you Chicken Thieves!!!

Anyone else fancy rally cross at Mondello Park in the autumn?

Excellent weekend. Cracking weather and a pleasant run along the A5 in the bus on the way home. Anyone know why the A55 was shut?

Can i also say thanks to everyone who looked after Lady S with her bad back on Sunday. especially to Ep and the chap who came down from post 10 to help her carry her bags up to post, that was a very nice thing and she much appreciated it.

The delay on the A55 may have been this - apparently it was reopened at 6.30 !!

http://www.dailypost.co.uk/news/nort...5578-24007931/

I guess the A55 had more action than Rocket In on sunday

Enjoyable day and many incidents where everyone was scratching their heads how they all got through in one piece - or minus the odd caterham grill

Just a few "thanks" that appear to have been missed off this thread (although I am sure they would have been thanked at the time personally)

I was with my family (Wife and 2 children) so was unable to take advantage of the Hog roast offer, however the marshals I spoke to who did attend said they had a very enjoyable evening.

Secondly I would like to thank the organisers for arranging bottled water to be distributed to the marshals posts on both days.
