Jaguar Club Event - Lime Rock

My old pal, Mark Sherman is an amateur racer and amateur photographer (as am I).

He is hoping to get his TD back together to run with us next weekend at the VRG event at Thompson, Conn.

Meanwhile, he been shooting some photos. Here's some he took at Lime Rock at the Jaguar event two weeks ago.

Hi Nial, I was there in the HRG races in my black 65 Mustang notchback #44. Can't see any photos in the link, as they all seem to be European cars

In the background taking the chicane. (Or is it the pit entrance?)

Guilty as charged!

It's the chicane known as the pit entrance.

Excellent!

I'll see Mark tonight or tomorrow night for dinner. I'll be sure to tell him that him photo made it all the way to the UK....he'll get a kick out of that.

There are other familiar cars in that photo including the turquoise MGA of my pal Jim Warren. And that's obviously Wang's Ferrari.

There was talks of Jaguar Heritage Challenge racing at Lime Rock next year! Unsure what is going to come out of it though, it's in the 'rumour mill'
