I read somewhere recently (Autosport probably) that under the FIAs rules re; only being able to change a % of the rally route each year, then it will take about 50 years to gradually move the rally base to Scotland; so about 35 years for Yorkshire / North East ????

the rule doesn't apply if you change the rally centre - so no problem with relocating from Wales.
Cardiff has a deal for next year then it's up for grabs - go Chester, Leeds or Newcastle |

I live basically quite close to the forests here in Scotland, so I wuld love to see WRC in my area!
