Motor Sport Magazine

Hello,

I am well underway on collecting Motor Sport magazine and have several bound volumes and lots and lots of loose volumes in the garage awaiting binding. I've managed to obtain a good few issues from the late 20's which are a fantastic read.

I've still got plenty of gaps, and am very interested in any pre 1950 loose copies if people have some they would be willing to sell. I'd certainly consider buying bound volumes from the 60's onwards too.

Let me know what you have. I can't pay big bucks i'm afraid but I hope one collector can help another and all that. They'll certainly be going to a good home!

Alex

I wanted to bump this one up. I've now obtained most of 1950 onwards and bundled them up for binding as and when I can.

I'm very interested in any pre 1950 copies, so if you know of any that need a good home in a growing collection, please get in touch via PM or on the email address above.

Thanks.

Don't forget that pre-1950 Motor Sport is available on a single DVD from the publishers. Not the same as a bound magazine but the content is there.
For others who are interested they also do the rest as decades - 50's, 60's, 70's, and, I think, 80's 90's

Hi,

I too have an ever expanding collection of Motorsport magazines, just fantastic to flick through and use as a resource.
When you say you bind them, how? I have several years in the correct Motorsport binder from the early 70's. Do you have a supply of these binders or are you using a generic modern equivalent?

Thanks

Yes, thanks. I put the current issues on these new style folders, originally they were slightly different and considerably thinner.

Thanks anyway.
