RaceTime should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
(slight spoiler) Will Ch 10 get things right?

Just watched Ch 10's V8 SoupCars report - giving the win to Mark Larkham.

At 4:47 pm local time (60 minutes before the report went to air) the Official results were AMENDED and Murphy given the win.

Why can't they get it right?

From what I have read in media reports since then, they had plenty of advance warning....but this is Ch 10 I guess...

Channel 10 has confirmed how dumb they are tonight. All they had to do was show something that would out rate an election tally. And what do they show, twins.

If you run spell check in word on Avesco it suggests Gaviscon. Sounds about right.

Effluent happens, there are deadlines blahdy blah... I'll let them have this one- it's not as if it is the end of the world.

But if they don't fix it for Sports Tonight, then I might have a minor grumble.

Sounds like a cracker race...first lap carnage, QLD type weather (arrgggh), more carnage, drama, and a Holden team having a whine over the results (fair enough too- stick it up Larko! ).... hopefully it will make interesting watching

Normally I would agree with you - they did correct it right at the end of the bulletin. But, considering when the new result was issued - they had plenty of time to correct it. After - the media releases I received mentioned it and they had to have been written well before they were actually issued.

I thought the camera work at the NZ round was very bad. The track doesn't really suit the V8s with its tight corners. Otherwise its good. Very fast. But would this track be able to maintain a round if it was in Australia? I don't think so.

But, as I said, very bad camera work.
