No gomick. It is his Second V8Supercar Championship. To go with the 2 Australian Touring Car Championships he won in 92 and 94 with Gibson Motorsport. 2 championships with different names.

HRT , five championships from the past six years. What a joke, this is terrible. People talk about how good and how close this series is , and then you get that. It's time to move aside and bring in some new rules.

The point is the Championship is no longer the Australian Touring Car Champinship as Avesco let the rights to it lapse a few years back. So Skaife can not be ATCC Champion.

Yeah I hate motor racing. It's always the fastest car and best prepared team that wins...it's so unfair.

I reckon they should all have a turn at winning like if they all draw numbers out of a hat or something...or even if you just rock up in a nice car like one of those crowd pulling world famous Toyota Carinas - they should give you a win for that too.

Ferrari dominate F1

Penske dominate Indy Cars

Audi dominate the American Le Mans series

Paul Morris dominated Super Touring

HRT dominate V8 Supercar

There's no pattern there at all so something must be wrong with V8s. Yeah, let's pull the plug for the good of motor sport world wide.

Well done Skaife and HRT
good to see Lowndes get smashed again

And why are you on this forum if you hate motor racing and of corse the fastest car will win that the whole concept of Motor Racing and why HOLDEN and HRT always win because they make the fastest car and the best car for racing.

A good effort by Skaife & HRT to win the teams 5th Championship in 6 years. It's no use saying it's getting boring them winning all the time it's up to the other teams to lift their game.

Of course, Holden put in the extra effort to win because there are so many racing fans out there who prefer Fords. While that situation perseveres, Holden have to keep on winning so they'll convert them to buy their product.
