Definitely a Sauber. Silverstone sounds a good guess, perhaps coming out of Copse or on the run from Becketts?

if that's Silverstone then i reckon it's coming out of Abbey. About where Bridge corner is now (i don't think that section was there then)

No I've never been there, but this circuit does have a blue and white barrier, which is in the background.
