What's happend with The Sintura SJ99?

first they built a 1 nillion pound car for only 5 races in the privilege GT series. They race once in the ALMS in which they finished ninth.

They announce that the team will run a new LOLA B2K in the alms or another series, it's also possible that the SJ99 could run.

then the provisional Le mans Entry list is announced which sports both the LOLA and the SJ99. And then they are dropped.

now there's news that a LOTUS elise GT1 could enter le mans
next year so why can't they?

they could even turn it into a sportscar if nescesarry because the two yellow gt1 elises are being rebuilt aswell.

it looks as if the sintura boys have thrown a lot of money away.

it certainly looks as if they have wasted alot of time and money doesnt it..i remember when they built the car and things looked quite promising but just why all of this fuss has happened i dont know..how did the car run in the privelege series in its limited appearences?

I havent followed this story closely because basically it seemed to dissapeared on me but it all seems a bit on the strange side doesnt it ???
