GP de FRANCE HISTORIQUE

The new French meeting for 2017. Several European series will be supported by Masters HR grids from UK, as well as HSCC F2.

Thanks Gerard. I raced at Magny Cours when Masters visited several years ago. Got a great pic of my Escort on two wheels after riding a kerb! I also remember the Disco on the Saturday night, and a lot of sore heads the next day....

Great shame the event clashes with Monza, but I wish it every success!

Alan Morgan should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
With the exception of Goodwood they're probably all going to suffer as a result.

Right, except PA going its way. Our FFSA involved many people in this event.

I really hope that Laurent V-M and his team can make Magny Cours a success. They represent Historic racing in an accessible form.

There are different strata in historic racing, such is its strength, Peter Auto and Masters are at one level and HVM and HSCC are at another. I wonder which level has more fun, because that's what it's all about at the end of the day?..

Duddha's right. I have done both over last 25 years, and a better standard of driving and a friendlier atmosphere in HSCC. I will be at Brands Hatch on Sunday July 2nd - pleased to meet any Tenthers that drop by....
