Well, EB here we go our separate ways. F5000 was one of the worst thing ever devised, big ugly, ludicrous, pointless in the extreme machinery lacking any grace or charm. Definitely one for the louts of this world.

Have to totally disagree with you there, Mr. Bauble! F5000 was (and is!) an incredible formula! Beautiful cars, LOUD engines and really quick! I loved them as a 10-year old wheel polisher in 1969 to running them from 1971 to 1977 and as a racer from 1983 to date! The camaraderie was and is incredible!
