Valve Bounce has been held in scrutiny for further testing

I was at the Brisbane Motor Show the other day where I watched the last half of a video showing a SAAB in a hillclimb. The car seemed to finish extremely well as there were high fives and a lot of cheering at the end. When I asked the girl at the counter there, she informed me that SAAB had produced the second fastest time ever in any class at Pike's Peak. Is this true? Considering all the specialist cars that compete here, I find this astonishing. If it was second fastest touring car time, I might believe it, but "of all classes, ever"?? Does anyone have any information on this run??

Koffe should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
It was the swedish rallycross-driver Per Eklund who drived the Saab.

Here you have some more info:

It's been rumoured that the Saab will be running at the Race To The Sky in NZ at easter.

Many Thanks

Koffe, many thanks for your post. I have checked out each of the sites and enjoyed them thoroughly. This was an unbelievable performance. Does Per now hold the all time record for Pikes Peak?
