Correct...if Holden have to get the rules changed to cover up their inability to sort out single springs, then this sport is stuffed.

They dont supply Ultimas anymore and the Peugeot isnt winning to many hearts and minds.

Supercars would do well to rethink where the future support for the catagory is going to come from. I doubt GM will stay here for the long haul except maybe in the SUV catagory

The four door car is going the way of the dinosaur. To have any hope of a future the chassis needs to be designed around a 2 door.

Nissan dont sell 4 door cars anymore, only SUV's and sports cars. Increasingly, neither does anyone else.

Camaro Vs Mustang vs GTR (Or 370Z) would have been a better future than the mess that exists at the moment.

Reading between the lines it seems they are committed to Supercars but not to JLB.

Maybe Webb senior has pulled the plug on some funding and more external money is needed to make up the budget? Nothing read to indicate that, just speculation (conspiracy theory) on my part.

Agree totally re hard to find sponsors at the back of the grid, but Rullo being a pay driver brings $$$$. Maybe it is a case of one in the hand better than two in the bush. A bit negative given the long term commitment, an If we are going to sit at the back of the grid we might as well get paid to sit there.

Didnt Supercar just announce that Truck Assist was taking the branding of the grid read on Fox? Maybe the budget for the racing program ran there...
