RPM?
I tuned in a few minutes late so maybe I missed something, but did they even talk about the GP. Marcos ambrose or the v8..or ANY motor sport other than some bloke falling off a lawn mower.
I would have thought there was enough Motor sport news this week to fill a program. |

Just watching it now in Qld, Larko tried to explain the F1 engine rules.

You'd think that any one hour (read 43 minutes) m/sport show that had Alan Jones, Larko, Rick Kelly and Daryl Beattie would have some sort of credibility. Throw in Matt White and some guy attempting to be funny, and make that.............apparently not! Can't see this current version of RPM hanging around much longer.
Attention Channel 10 :- Stick with straight m/sport info, we don't care what Scott McLaughlin has for breakfast, open with a quickfire 10 min m/sport news segment, cut the stupid video game, get rid of the unfunny guy and the poor attempts to copy the footy shows. Let Larko anchor the show, dispose of White, any way you see fit. You actually showed an LMP1 in your promo's but I've yet to see any thing on the WEC. There you go! Fixed it for ya. |

They did talk about rolling starts, Ambrose and F1 in the early part of the show.
This was the first episode i've watched this year, it seemed to suffer a little from trying to cram too much content (and people) into a single hour timeslot. |

Gotta agree with pretty much everything above. Who cares what somebody who isn't part of motorsport has in their garage when its just for some cross promotion? If the video clip segment doesn't have a clip worth showing, drop it. Drop the unfunny radio guy. The F1 comments were way too short - or was the race so boring it wasn't worthy of comment? Perhaps the Ambrose situation was worth only the brief comment without access to MA himself - there has already been too much uninformed speculation and conjecture. Matt White must sharpen up or be licked off - I'm sure he made 2 mistakes.
In short Channel 10, gives us motorsport! You could have done a news segment on Frosty in Brazil; you could have given us an update on the Sebring 12 hour (and if the show is live, you could have mentioned Ryan Briscoe's class win; the race was over before 4pm.) You could have given some pre-Tassie round information. In only 2 shows the program has gone from a "must watch or record" to "if I miss it, never mind." |

Have to agree with the above posts.
Why do we need a segment about what some tool has in his shed or man cave? Let's cover motorsport - what's happening with Australian drivers overseas, let's cover grassroots motorsport not some tool on a lawnmower, what about the Davison brothers running at the Longford flying mile on the weekend. Lift your game Channel 10. |

Are Fox Sports still showing WEC. There was a rumour that this was casualty of the v8 deal

Not sure how the Speed TV vs Fox Motorsport branding would impact on this at all. |

With the closure of a 24 hour motorsport channel (Speed) Foxtel no longer show as much motorsport, partly that was because some motorsport was not that popular and did not justify the cost. so now we wait to see if it is going to be shown because foxtel have not released their program that far away yet (or at least as far as i can see) |

For clarity & avoid confusion with Eurosport - Fox Motorsport via their twitter page confirmed they would broadcast the 2015 WEC.

Has anyone seen the new "Inside Supercars" show on Foxtel with Rust & Skaife hosting - not too bad if you need a weekly V8 hit. They didn't report much on the Ambrose decision last week either, tho they had 2 drivers on (Holdsworth/Davison) for most of the show... The pit reporter chick has a hot tight little body too

I watched the last episode and quite enjoyed. Good balance of serious and a few laughs. The segment with Holdsworth and Davison on trikes was quite funny 'battle of the receding hairlines' hahaha. Healthy discussion about the GP and Marcos Ambrose which was quite interesting to hear both drivers thoughts. Will watch again. |

I think the show is pre-recorded, perhaps thats why the Ambrose discussion was tacked on the end last week, as when they shot the show the news wasn't released yet? (and presumebly the intro re-shot at the end, as happens in TV)

Judging by Caruso and Tanders Facebook posts today they must film the episodes around 4pm.

I used to love RPM with Bill Woods and then Greg Rust, this new Matt White show is awful. Comedy is like neurosurgery, don't do it unless you can do it well.
More serious motorsport, more news, less "human interest" and puff pieces, please! Matt White tries so hard to show matey he is with all of the drivers, it's cringeworthy. Who is he trying to convince? |

Another part should have highlights of all sessions Formula 1, exclusive driver interviews, preview, review and breaking news. Finally another part should be MotoGP where by they have highlights of qualifying + WUP and race, preview and review and breaking news. Ten should stick to those 3 considering they have the rights to major motorsport in Australia. |
