BAR/Honda F1 chassis

At a recent Bonhams auction sale at Silverstone 25th July 2009 Brawn F1 disposed of a few old BAR-Honda and Honda chassis. The details are below. If more chassis details become available then this post could be used in the individual type threads. At present there isn't the information to justify it. This details the cars originally offered in the auction, even if withdrawn. It includes race, test and show cars, some of which are based on orginal chassis.

All sold at the auction except BAR003-004 which was sold before the auction by private treaty.

half teh cars are npt race cars shows cars based on real F1 tubs likely to be write of carsgh tubs rebuilt to make display cars
i know the man that builds the BAR/Honda show cars some are on carbon tubs some are fibreglass cars

BAR had an odd illogical numbering system for the model of car
