dirtymacca should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Didn't V8's under the Wiggle put a jihad on the West Aussie round a few years ago and force the WASCC and the WA Govt to cough up big bucks to change the circuit/pit area for "safety reasons?"
The threat was to take the WA round off them.

Now it seems that before the V8's were allowed back the Wiggle and his mates would have to of approved the changes. If that is the case, the ball is back in Supercars court... they want changes, the they pay!

Agreed , it's the drivers responsibility. Under current legislation, all race circuits, permanent or temporary are classified as "work places".
So, the organizers have a duty of care to ensure it is safe.

Yes the disclaimer "Motorsport is Dangerous" but talk to insurers and WorkPlace Health and Safety, and yes it s a work place , whether you employed by Supercars or a volunteer.

So worst case , coroners court , etc etc
