I read today Jacques in line to take over from Jenson next year....well well well....wouldn't that be the funniest thing that has ever happened in the history of the universe...

What do you think? Couls Jacques and Frank kiss and make up?

I think Jacques would kiss a lot worse than Frank in order to get a decent drive again. However, he may draw the line at kissing Patrick Head ... or then again ...

If he kicks Button Spice down the road, good for him. Let him (Button) eat Williams dust.

Where did you read this. I haven't heard any mention of Jacques returning to his old team since the Zanardi fiasco.

It was in Australian Auto Action, probably it was then written by Mike Doodson, and they can be a whole heap more accurate than a lot of things that go flying around this BB...although i would have to suggest it is still speculation...

Nothing would surprise me in F1.

Nothing.

"Frank Williams will drive his own car in 2001."

There, now you can say you read that too. The point being, in the past 3 months I've read just about every driver going to just about every team. "What you read" just doesnt seem to matter anymore. Except as a topic generator on 10/10's.

Jacques' contract is up this year, and Dear Craig has said he's got 3 more races to convince his Best Friend that BAR is the place to stay. Hence the sudden speculation that Jacques will sign for every team on the grid.

However, I believe I can say with perfect truth that Jacques will not sign with Prost next year.

"Jacques in line to take over from Jenson at Williams next year". What, as the Williams no.2 to Ralf Schumacher?
