Mark Another Question for you.
Considering a number of things including, the great (Unfortunate) performance of Holden in the last few years. You having driven Both Holden and Ford. Been associated by "Franchise" to Lansvale ( A Holden Team) Why,then, when it came to starting a new team for 2003 did you decide to go Ford. I Am not knocking it , As A ford fan I think its great, but I would be interested to know what made you decide to go with Ford over Holden. ??? |

Cubic dollars may indeed be one of the answers perhaps... and a working relationship with Howard Marsden from the PHR days might have influenced it as well?

Msport to me is Malcolm Wilson's WRC team |

Gspot,
Really just a lack of opportunity, last year when the series became a closed shop after Eastern Creek JFR couldn't run a second car for myself and there budget for 2003 to run 2 cars simply wasn't there. So I simply had to look for other opportunities. |

If it's not too personal Mark, what's your teams operating budget this year(roughly)?

Moffman,
I have no idea to be honest and if I did I would be inclined not to comment. That information is confidential and in the hands of the marketing department. Sorry. |

Pete,
As much as I would like to tell you something, I would get my butt kicked from the team directors. I am just employeed as the driver and have no other involvement with the team's financial or business matters. All will be revealed in 19 days... |

Yes, frustration is on both sides of the fence. I guess you are getting up to full fitness now. Adelaide is only 3 weeks away.
Will you be doing a test day before Adelaide at all? |

Pete,
Yea I am currently the fittest and lightest I have been in 4 years, so all the hard work is paying off. Apart from the 2 week layoff after my surgury and 1 week over christmas I have been training since the 1st of November. Adelaide is such a demanding race, not to mention the new race formats so I wanted to make sure I am as fit as I possibly can this year. We had a test scheduled Monday but parts were delayed and the test is now scheduled after the AGP. |
