We don't agree about everything!
 It is Dick Seaman in his GP Delage - a ten year old car beating the modern opposition after a "modernisation" by Ramponi. Little wonder that Seaman was snapped up by Mercedes Benz! Mrs B's link appears to be unhappy, so here is an alternative view.  Let's hope this works.  Duncan

For my money its a 250F no picture Ive not worked out how to do that.

That picture is awful, what about one in a nice Silver? I always prefered the Auto unions to the Merc and I had to make a trip to Donington to see this one while I was there:

My vote goes for the 250F, but as a photo has already been posted of it, how about this one - a bit more obscure, the 4.7 litre Kincraft-Ford from 1968.

i love the eagle, but this one is one of my faves, although i don't care much for the martini colors on this one, i still love it. over many before and after.... then there is the current Raynard Champcar, and the purposeful beauty of a supermodified... |

Whilst I give both the Eagle and the 250F VERY high marks, my vote must go to the Lotus 25, surely the neatest most elegant single seater ever.

I reckon the best looking open wheeler in its day was the Lola T400 F5000. It is a pity it didn’t quite preform as well as it looked!
