Can't remember if these have been mentioned or not from Sunstar.

Great looking models.

I should image we shall have to start a 1/18 BTCC model thread?

Who'd have thought it?

There's already a 1:18 Group A thread, these Escorts should also be posted in there!

Didn't think they were being released yet. Great news!

Last visited this forum 13months ago hehe, cant believe this is my first post, oops.

Nice to see some more 1/18 btcc cars being made. The Escorts are not my thing but look good.

I really hope they will make those late 90s Mondeos along with 99 Vectras would be good, definitely the biggest gaps which will hopefully one day be filled.

For those of you like me who collect the BSCC models of the 70's you may wish to start saving for these.

http://www.grandprixmodels.com/searc...=&back=2&show=

SMTS have already spotted the deliberate mistake with the Cona and Leech Mustangs and will be producing wheel arch extensions to correct the error. BTW the Cona car is from 1972 and not 1971 as shown.

Good to see you here, Mr Potato, and good to see you back Glyn!

I think it was you who sold me the kits that I have, Glyn? Mr Potato Head and CKM both have some of them in their collection now and I am sending out some more this afternoon. Now I only have six made-up kits and 75 diecasts for sale... the collection is looking a little depleted!

If anyone wants to see the list of what I have for sale (including books, media guides, lanyards/passes, etc) PM me your email address and I will send it over.

Excellent news. I was hoping that'd be the case. Let's hope they don't base it on Vauxhall's own display model which has a sunroof.....

How much do you want for your Onyx models? Theres 3 from 1998 i wouldn't mind if we can do a deal, providing they are still for sale?

PM or email me if you want as i rarely visit this forum.

First image I've seen doesn't have a sunroof, so we might have dodged a bullet on that one....

The 'Esso-BTCC' number background on the bonnet looks a bit undersized though, which suggests they've been looking at the Vauxhall display car rather than original 1989 pics for some of the livery detail...

Will we ever see this Cavalier before Christmas? I was in Modelzone 2 weeks ago and they were advertising it on pre-order.

I have seen a picture of the model, and I must say it looks very good. It will be worth the wait.

Having recently received my SMTS Ford Boss Mustangs of Leech, Birrane and Gardner those awfully nice people in Hastings have announced that they are going to release a kit of Franks 1973 2nd gen Camaro in full SCA trim as well as the Alan Mann Falcon from 1967.

If they carry on like this I fear that bankruptcy is just around the corner.

On closer inspection it is actually not very good. Too many silly inaccuracies.
