imull has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
look in the blue Book or search on Google for carbon composite retailers. Its about months since I searched so you may need to tailor that search, however, I foundabout 20 companies that dealt in sheets of carbon, kevlar etc.

Depends on where you are from.

Try ARAL or GLARE.
Aluminium composite materials.

Thanks guys. I can't use Carbon Fibre, BTW. I was thinking of using 'Mallite', which I understand is a balsa / Aluminium sandwich, once used for all sorts of things including chassis. I can't find anyone who sells it though.
Where would i get GLARE in the UK?

british steel (i think) make a composite called ULSAB I think. dont know its density etc but maybe worth looking into

Try Elmdon Metals in Brum. They do specialist metals for motorsport such as T45, so they might be worth a try...

Oops, I've just misread the thread title as "Thin light marshals" and wondered what sort of fools we had here.
