11:30am sun (we are on 'proper time up here in QLD-everytime daylight savings comes up for a vote we vote no and blame the milk cows...um,it's an odd story)
Just surfing the internerd checking out camera/photo sites (as usual),watching the fill in shows leading up to the GP. Trying to decide wether i really want to watch it or rather go to noosa to do some surf photography while the ex cyclone is still throwing big waves at the coast..... |

well if your interested in weather , Im back at home 300k's away from Melbourne now but from the TV it seems as if its a nice day down there , a little cloudy and a chance of rain but I doubt it very much as the days i was down there it started the same way and the clouds dissapeared and the heat kicked in.
I think we are in for a fairly good day weather wise. about an hour to go now all the support classes have been run and won and now the excitement builds for the Grand prix. |

i do not like the new graphics for timing and socring- it looks so pedestrian and very unsporty its like horseracing or something- the old graphic was simple and elegant, this is like tacked on yuck.

button was in third after his first stop still!
HONDA is realy getting to form- he said he expected a few podiums and he's on it for one right now. the ferrari'1 are remarkable so fast- what is wrong with Maclaren, what's up with the renault's slow eh? but what a start from Alonso |

Jagaur is in money troubles
notice the front jack man uses what looks like a metal frame dolly and manually pushes down to lift the front of the Jag up- Williams on the other hand has a Pneumatic Jack which is rolled in front of the car and raises it at the touch of a button and drops it as easy and fast...maybe its preference for tech or speed or accuracy- but if that Air jack fails williams is in doo doo, if the Jaguar jack fails, just try harder i guess.. |

Sadly, it looks like jaguar have been put back in their place... out of the points. Webber may have a better fuel situation than Coulthard, though.
