Vauxhall (DTV) Chevette
Surprisingly missing from the archive. Graham Robson's book is the current reference for the marque but does not include what happened to the cars after the team was abandonned. There is no published information on chassis numbers.
As a start there are three basic sub-marques: Chevette HS Chevette HSR (short wheelbase) Chevette HSR (long wheelbase) The HSR SW was essentially an HS with the new bodykit. Some cars were converted by Bldenstein from HS to HSR (SW) with limited mechanical changes. The HSR long wheelbase was achieved by moving the front cross member forward. The engine was chassis mounted rather than cross-member mounted. |

The Droop Snoot Group has just re-launched it's website and they have a register for all cars, memebers and non and there is some great history on the Chevetre HS and HSR.

A friend of mine is restoring an ex Pentii Arikalla 2300 HSR. Don't know any chassis details, though, sorry.
