Future racing fuel

i aint a chemist so i wudnt no but wud it b possible to add somethin to bio-ethanol to make it more potent? wud it b possible to some how add hydrogen? it would have to be renewable.:confused:

It could be synthetically manufactured, but the cost could be prohibitive - after all the German's synthetically manufactured diesel during WW2 due to lack of oil supplies and I'd imagine that technology has moved on a bit since then.
