N.A-D.R should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
British F3 Brands Hatch Final

Final round at brands hatch this weekend. Practice 1 has already finished with Ricciardo fastest by 0.6 over 2nd place. Practice 2 is starting now on tsl livetiming. http://www.tsl-timing.com/bf3gt/LiveTimingBF3GT.html

My tip is Riccardo to grab both poles and win both races, hes going to blitz everyone now with the title secured.

Ricciardo fastest in practice 2 aswell with a healthy margin of 0.5. I dont see anyone challenging him at all this weekend.

i'm not really a Riccardo fan (just personal preference) so would like to see someone else take the wins this weekend..but he does seem to have the advantage in practice.

Will be there spectating so will be good to see how it plays out.

It looks like Ricciardo is in a very determined mood this weekend, having been fastest in free practice 3 as well.

Report and full times here. He's wearing a Cooper Tires cap in the photo as well, something he never seems to do on the podium.

This last one doesn't seem to have happened as McKenzie is still in the National Class car today looking at the times.

The Autosport story said it was subject to negotiating an engine deal, so I guess that didn't happen.

Daniel's car number today was the National Class one and his performance was about the same as it has been all season.

He has also just taken pole for race 2, again ahead of Chilton and Christodoulou, who seems to have found a new lease of life.

Hope Daniel can win both races to show why he is #1 in 2009 in BF3... Those Carlin boys seem very fast this weekend & its going to be tough for the other teams to challenge this weekend - hope for some good f3 racing

Daniel is driving the National Class, since driving a Championship Class car would preclude him for entering McLaren Autosport award

Good joke , liked that .

P.S. About Chilton.
Chilton has confirmed that today's races at Brands are his last in F3. His next goal is success in the GP2 Asia series.

This time Daniel discovered the problem of starting from pole at Brands, which gave Chilton the chance to take his first outright win in British F3. Just as well, if he's now leaving. He also won the Mirror.co.uk Challenge Cup as the leading British driver of the year.

And so ends the 2009 BF3 season. A bit of a strange one, but the right man won the title. Grubmuller made it to the runner-up slot.

Good to see Max finally take a win on the road, I'm sure he would count this one as his first proper win. He obviously has some pace, what with getting 4 or 5 pole positions over the course of the season but to this casual follower, he always seemed to get mugged off the line and that would be it. Sometimes he would get back on the pace but often it was too late to grab back what he had lost at the start.
