GT/ Sportscar series list, info and websites

I'm trying to put a list together of all the GT and Sportscar racing series that CURRENTLY RUN so please add to my list if you can... It would be nice if we could put them in order of hierarchy in terms of where they sit in relation to each other and professionalism- also if anyone can put the series websites next to the series it would be good and if they are pro series with paid drivers or more gentleman series...

Also it would be real nice to have a rough estimate on a price for a seat for both a one off round and a season if anyone has inside knowledge of it (just a rough budget range in euro as i'm sure it varies a lot from top drivers to gentlemen drivers and some would be getting paid i guess (which u can add salary range for top drivers also)

from what i can think of quickly- (example below and rough estimation from what i've heard)

ALMS- www.americanlemans.com (pro)
LMP1&2 price- 40k-60k per round per driver for paying drivers/ 450k+ season

LMP1 & 2,GT1 & 2 The biggest teams, the best drivers in the business, together with gentleman drivers who pay a couple of 100K to particypate. The big guns spend in the order of a 100 million for an attack at the winning spot.

I remember Jan lammers, when driving for Jaguar in the '88 WSC and LM,earned 240.000 dollars a month!

www.dailysportscar.com
I think the best site for ALL Sportscar related info.

Let me correct myself. I spent a race with a Speed World GT team at Lowe's MotorSpeedway.

It was a three car team, but only two cars were racing.

Two Semi trailer transporters, and three rentail cars. 14 crewmembers. 7 for each running car. and they were short severl members.

The transporters came 3000 some odd miles from Miller Motorsports track in Utah to Concord North Caronlina. Cars did not return to the shop.

Looking at my brake ground and my costs for racing and then comparing to the SWGT. I think the 35-40K dollers per race is very close, if you have a multiply car team, of which some of the costs are spread around.

A single car team 50-70K dollars per race or close to $1,000,000 year.
