Same problem stated differently. If they didn't pay drivers so much, they probably wouldn't care so much.
No damn way you'll ever get me to believe that Schumacher has such a clause in his contract, the guy's the #3 decision maker in the Scuderia! |

Formula One is much more of a full time job now as well. The best drivers are the busiest ones, and they don't get a great deal of time to do other things.

He's also on about a third of Ralf's pay. JPM is one of the few that seems to be a genuine fan of motor racing. Watch any high profile motorsport event and he'll be there.

I don't think that JPM is in Gilles league yet; but if Gilles were alive today I think he would approve of JPM as a racing driver.
Thats just my opinion of course |
