karimbo has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Kubica not to have super license ???

It is said that Kubica will not have a super license to drive the 3rd Minardi in Shanghai ... Does anyone know more about this ?

Why could Channoch Nissany have a superlicense and not Robert Kubica ????

EHS should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Maybe Kubica doesn't have the required experience?

$ leading to F1 km, leading to superlicense, I guess. But it's ahrd to beleive that there is anyone currently racing who is less suited to F1 than Nissany.

Kubica doesn't have the necessary km in an F1 car to qualify, but I think that winning the World Series by Renault should be enough. People like Zonta and Kovalainen have won that title, so what suggests that he wouldn't be good enough?

With the standard of a couple of recent drivers I thought they'd abandoned any requirement - bit of a bad joke now ....

It is a shame really, to see a proper driver unable to get his debut, whilst Nissany was able to drive...

It's thanks to Nissany that they're being more strict now.

His superlicence was revoked, incidentally

Did Doornbos or Kiesa have the required mileage in 03 or 04 when they made their Friday debuts?

As F3000 race winners, I believe that automatically qualifies for a superlicence (or it may be F3000 championship position, but they did both qualify)

Of course that's now changed to GP2, but I'd agree - winning the world series should lead to an automatic award.

Absolutely ridiculous. He's victorious in a fairly good class of race car and he doesn't get a superlicense?

Nissany wins the National Fishing Contest Of Antarctica and gets a Friday slot at hungary for his achievements! Awesome stuff!

It's all Nissany's fault then........but at least superlicenses won't be handed out like confetti now I guess!

Sorry to butt in, but that's not correct.

It was Jeremy Smith in 2003, the last time the competition was held, catching nine small cod.

Nissany did not participate, to my knolwedge.

EHS, I think you've taken me a little bit too serious here.

Just a little.

Kubica says he could have pursued a superlicence, but in the end decided that doing GP2 testing this week would better help him for his 2006 plans
