RaceTime should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Initial Canberra Penalties

Organisers have issued an AMENDED race 3 result from Canberra - the reason - cars 21 and 43 have been given 29 second penalties - presumably for pit lnae/pvertaking penalties - no reason given.

The stupidty side of it?

Both cars FAILED to finish and the penalties did not affect either cars order in the DNF pecking order!

In addition, Larry Perkins final lap in Race 2 has been REMOVED and he has been demoted from an N/C (Not Classified) to a DNF. This one affects championship points tables.

Yeah, what's the go with Larry? He started the last lap, but we never saw him cross the finish line...

Classic- Good on ya Bradley and Paul- at least they picked the right time to do something wrong. Also 29 seconds? Shouldn't it be more like 120 seconds at Canberra??

If they're going to issue penalties, it'd be wise to let everyone know why.

Not sure - the original lap times gave a realistic lap time for him. I would suspect that he fell foul of the rule that stipulates how long he can take to do the final lap.

However, having said that - the revised lap times show 12 laps on the results but only 11 laps complete.

And, knowing the people that did the timing, we will never find out from them!

have to wait until Tues or Wed when the CAMS notification gets released.
