Exactly, Mercedes has been involved in F1 for quite some time.

Audi was last seen when it was known as Grand Prix racing, and that was in the late 30's, just before WW2.

Even Porsche has been in and out since the 60's, as both a manufacturer and as a power train supplier (TAG Heuer).

given that audi is part of the group. i guess it would me pretty well stickers and a few forms for them to become porsche vw etc

Well, given the pace Bortoleto showed by outqualifying Hulkenberg and the Hulk's fine top ten. If they can have another 23 results like Australia it will be better than the last few years....
