Trackdays Show at Rockingham - anyone going?
Mate and I are thinking of taking his VX220 to the Saturday (29th April) Track Day of this http://www.trackdays.com/index.php?o...f548f101560b89
and staying on for the show on the Sunday. Anyone else going? Anyone driven Rockingham also? My mates recent experience is Forest Edge, Clay Pigeon and Blackbushe Kart tracks so I reckon Rockingham might blow him away. Is the banking used for Track days at all? Could be good! |

hi, i have done two track days at Rockingham and it is a good place
you use about half of the banking on a track day ( mine was organised for cooper-s Minis ) you run past the pits then make a sharp left and run in to a circuit in the middle of the oval ..... you re-join the oval at the start of bend 4 you can realy nail a mini there and get to about 120 before having to brake just one point when i was there you could buy fuel but it was over £1.00 a ltr anyway it is a cood smooth circuit ..... just watch the wall !! if its damo becarefull coming fron bend 4 to the straight as there is sometimes a damp streem of h20 .
