I thought there were supposed to be two Australian series?
And one has collapsed before it really got going, half heartedly read something somewhere on Autosport about it |

IIRC they were forced to rename the series. It was Global Rallycross Australia, now Extreme Rallycross.
Maybe my thinking is way to simple but why not Australian Rallycross Series? |

Anyone still watching GRC? I've been catching the videos on Youtube and the tracks seem to be getting better. I'm really pleased that the Beetles have finally come into their own- I really didn't like them at first! (Though I did read something about them cheating by having 'secret' traction control.) Barbados is vastly unlucky for Ken Block- he rolled again today there. (He's okay.) -Tumbleweeds- |

Yesterday I watched some coverage of Barbados. Was looking forward to this track but to be honest it was disappointing. It lacked good dirt sections. Although this track is better than most of the GRC tracks.
In general I lost interest in GRC. Main reason are the tracks and lack of other cars than Fords. |
