Whats the best looking touring car all time?
My choices are '98 Volvo S40 and '89 Ford Sierra RS500.
I'm sure you guys will pick new cars but older cars are good too!

I was also born in 1985! And my answer...the Audi A4 in 1996/1997 for STs. But this year, they all look better than the A4, and i can't decide which one looks best!

I've seen it on Top Gear (BBC2) and Driven (C4) in its road car colours. How good can the touring car look compared to that?

Yeah, the Lexus is a damn good looking car, even more in reality. Welcome touringcarnut - you even share a part of my name - touring.

The legend has been here.

Oldest member so far must now be me. Blimey, never have I felt old at 21 before.

I'm gonna show my age now, but what about the Jaguar XJS or the BMW CSL 'Batmobile'? Damn fine lookers those.

For a more modern flavour, '94 Alfa Romeo 155TS.

And, the S40 is being raced not only under Super Touring rules. This S40 is being raced in a longdistance championship and it is very interestning. It has been converted from FWD to RWD, and it has got a Twin Turbo 6 cylinder engine taken from the S80 T6! It does acctually beat the Super Tourers in top speed in the races! It is very spectacular and it provides enormus powerslide out of almost every corner...

Stupid question: the original DTM Alfa 155s, ofcourse.

But I guess most of you lot here couldn't walk when they were raced, let alone tell ye'r Alfa from ye'r Audi.
